GreenishBlue is free WordPress Theme published under the GPL Lizense with 3 Sidebars a 120px, 300px (Adsense) Sidebar and a Sidebar at the Bottom under the Postings, and Widget Support. There is an Option Page to populate the Footer. The supports localisation. Six languages are allready included. If you want more, just get them from wordpress.org.
