    Generates a shorten url when a post is published, using Bit.ly, Tr.im, YOURLS, Su.pr, sm00sh or even your own domain for shortened permalinks (accounts on some of these services required). It will save the results in a postmeta variable so other plugins and themes can grab it easely. It also includes a permalink constructor to allow theme developers to include it in themes fast and slick.
