Leave-a-Note is a plugin for Wordpress, that transforms your comment section into a bunch of sticky notes, which you can drag and drop all over the page. If you're not comfortable with code, you should be able to install it painlessly and customize certain content through the admin panel in your blog's backend. If you're a developer or designer, there is support for robust customization through CSS and javascript.
